Rcently, the Grand Final of the 3rd National College Student Career Planning Competition was held in Tianjin. Four teachers and students from NEU demonstrated solid planning capabilities and exceptional performance during the final rounds and achieved excellent results in the final, winning 2 Gold Awards, 1 Silver Award, and 1 Bronze Award. NEU ranked first in Liaoning Province and among the top nationwide in both the number of Gold Awards and total medals won. Among the winners, Chu Yichen, a PhD student of the 2023 cohort from the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, won the Gold Award in the Employment Track, Higher Education Postgraduate Group; Xing Jinwen, an undergraduate student of the 2022 cohort from the School of Information Science and Engineering, won the Gold Award in the Employment Track, Higher Education Undergraduate Group; Zhai Haodi, an undergraduate student of the 2023 cohort from the School of Information Science and Engineering, won the Silver Award in the Growth Track, Higher Education Group; from the School of Resources and Civil Engineering, teacher Liu Wanting won the Bronze Award in the Curriculum and Teaching Track, Higher Education Group.
