From May 22 to 23, the 2026 Liaoning Research Program for Overseas Scholars & the 11th International Young Scholars Forum of NEU was held at NEU. A total of 101 young scholars from home and abroad, representing 21 countries and regions were invited to attend on-site. Supported and guided by the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the Organization Department of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, the forum was held concurrently with the 2026 PhD Scholars’ Shenyang Tour. More than 800 young scholars from world-renowned universities, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, University College London (UCL), National University of Singapore (NUS), and The University of Hong Kong (HKU), registered to participate.
