On the morning of June 18, the 2026 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony and Degree Conferral Ceremony of NEU was held at Liu Changchun Gymnasium.
On behalf of NEU, the principle Feng Xiating extended warm congratulations and best wishes to all graduates who have successfully completed their studies and embrace promising prospects;
Wang Hui read out NEU’s decision on commending the winners of Outstanding Graduate of the Class of 2026, Outstanding Graduate Cadre of the Class of 2026, Outstanding Bachelor's Degree Graduation Design (Thesis), and Outstanding Graduate Voluntarily Serving National Needs. A total of 154 students were awarded the title of “2026 Outstanding Graduate of Regular Institutions of Higher Education in Liaoning Province”. Another 191 students were awarded the title of “Outstanding Graduate of NEU Class of 2026”, and 190 students were awarded the title of “Outstanding Graduate Cadre of NEU Class of 2026”. In addition, 22 students were awarded the title of “Outstanding Graduate Voluntarily Serving National Needs”.
