The paper focuses on rapidly developing and widely applied robot technologies. It analyzes the evolutionary process and operating mechanisms of organizational structure transformation driven by robot technologies at different stages. The study maps both holistic and dimension-specific changes in organizational structures. Based on the process view, it constructs a logical framework of "robot technology characteristics—human-machine relationship—organizational structure form", clarifying the theoretical logic of how technology embeds into organizations and exerts its influence. The study finds that the evolution of the human-machine relationship brings a series of organizational management issues. These issues drive organizational design toward new organizational structure forms that better adapt to robot technologies and are more conducive to problem-solving, thus clarifying the transmission process through which robot technologies influence organizational structure transformation. The paper also identifies three major patterns of organizational structure transformation from the perspective of robot technologies.
