NEU held the Spring Two-way Selection Job Fair for the Class of 2026 at the Liu Changchun Gymnasium and the Badminton Hall on March 25 and 26. As the largest recruitment event drawing the most attention from our graduates, this Spring Two-way Selection Job Fair has maintained its high level of popularity, attracting active participation from leading organizations in key industries. A total of 537 employers from 29 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country came to the campus to recruit talent, offering more than 20,000 high-quality positions to our graduates. Both the quantity and quality of participating organizations have remained consistently high.
At this Spring Two-way Selection Job Fair, NEU continued to proactively engage with key enterprises in the Liaoshen region, establishing a "Liaoshen Special Session" and a dedicated area for regional talent policy consultations to encourage graduates to settle in the Liaoshen region and contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. To date, a total of 872 offline job fairs, 69 group recruitment events, and 54 virtual career fairs have been held for the Class of 2026; 2,919 online job postings have been published, and 1,630 articles have been posted on our WeChat Official Account; more than 4,000 employers have conducted various online and offline recruitment activities at NEU.
The job postings have attracted significant attention from graduates, and there has been a steady stream of applicants. According to statistics, more than 3,000 students attended this Spring Two-way Selection Job Fair.
