On September 24, the Shenyang–NEU Work Consultation Meeting was held in Hanqing Hall. The meeting reviewed the work accomplished since the previous consultation and engaged in in-depth exchanges on deepening municipal-university integrated development and advancing new cooperative initiatives.
On behalf of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee and the Shenyang Municipal People’s Government, Huo Bugang and Ma Shanshan expressed their gratitude to NEU for its long-standing and significant contributions to the revitalization and development of Shenyang. Huo Bugang noted that both sides should work together to attract investment and talent; Shenyang will continue, as always, to support the development of NEU, improve regular liaison mechanisms, and implement cooperative initiatives on a task-list basis, thereby helping NEU accelerate its progress toward the goal of building a world-class university. Guo Hai and Feng Xiating thanked Shenyang for its enduring care and support for the university, speaking highly of the achievements made in municipal-university integrated development over the past year.
